The G Spot

For anybody who has ever wondered what the “G” in G-spot stands for, it stands for “Grafenberg”. Now that we have that mini-mystery out of the way, we’ll tackle another mystery: how to stimulate the G-spot.

Where is it?
The G spot is an area approx 2-3 inches inside the vagina on the front wall, which is closest to the clitoris. With practice and patience, you can develop the right technique, which can bring a woman to orgasm, multiple orgasms, and even female ejaculation (aka squirting).

How to hit the right spot:
Trim your nails and wash your hands, making sure there are no lotions or anything on them that could irritate the vagina.
Be sure to discuss with you partner what you’re about to do beforehand. This is very important, as she may be startled if she doesn’t know what you’re doing.
Start with lots of foreplay, she needs to be very aroused for it to work. The more the better, 30 minutes to and hour is ideal.
Have her lay on her back and pull her knees up. It helps to place a pillow or two under her hips.

Lie between her legs and gently place a finger or two (depending on what she’s comfortable with) 2-3 inches inside her vagina. Make a “come here” motion. At this point you should be hitting her G spot (it feels different from the rest of the vagina walls). Massage back and forth with your fingers, gently at first, then harder, eventually using lots of pressure. With any luck she’ll reach her first orgasm within 3-5 minutes of hard massaging. The massaging must be hard with lots of pressure. While the clitoris needs a light rub, the G spot needs heavier rubbing with lots of pressure.
